This includes three prenatal appointments to discuss preferences and practice comfort measures, unlimited birth support, and on-call availability starting at 38 weeks. A backup doula ensures you’re never without support, and a postpartum visit helps you navigate recovery. You’ll also receive free entry to my childbirth education class (a $350 value) and unlimited text and email support throughout your journey.

 This one-day, 8-hour Saturday class is designed to dive deep into everything you need for a confident birth and smooth postpartum. We’ll cover labor, birth, newborn care, postpartum recovery, comfort measures for labor and delivery, and personalized birth preference planning. Each couple receives a beautifully designed workbook and access to an exclusive Facebook group for ongoing support and community. Come ready to learn, ask questions, and leave empowered for the journey ahead. 

8 hr class that's conducted in the privacy and comfort of your own home! Class can either be an all day class OR it can be split into two half day classes. In this class we will go over childbirth (including postpartum), newborn basics, and comfort measures for labor/birth!
