Meet Darby the Doula!

I'm Darby Swan -- owner and birth doula at Boundless Grace! I live in Georgetown, Kentucky along with my amazing husband of 6 years and our two beautiful (yet wild) kids. Our family is also loved by our 6-year-old Belgian Malinois -- Macie. 

To keep it short and sweet -- I love Jesus, my family, and ALL things birth!

Birthwork is truly my passion (it kinda always has been) but it wasn't until the birth of my daughter that God truly ignited that flame. I've always been fascinated with birth and pregnancy, and after going through that journey myself -- I saw just how much of a gap there is between maternal support and the healthcare system. My doctor was great -- don't get me wrong. However, I lacked the appropriate knowledge, information, and tools to be able to have the birth I wanted. So I prayed. I prayed for clarity and the opportunity to fill the gap. That is when it was clear -- becoming a birth doula was MY calling...

...and it was a call that I answered. 

I trained for 2.5 years and formed my business Boundless Grace Birth Services, LLC in the fall of 2022. Since then I've been blessed to serve amazing families and support them as they welcomed sweet little ones into their lives. I am looking forward to what the Lord brings for the future and I'm so excited to welcome new families with open arms into the Boundless Grace Birth Family!
